When you fill out the free missed-call score form, we collect your shop name, your business phone number, your name, your email address, and your trade. Like most websites, our host may also log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use what you send to place a test call to your business as a customer would, to email you your score, and to follow up with you about it by phone or email. We may also send you occasional emails with tips about handling calls. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run this site and our business, such as our web host, form processor, and email provider, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Our host may use basic cookies needed for the site and form to work.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as it is useful for serving you, or until you ask us to delete it.
